    Using this website does not automatically establish a lawyer-client relationship.

    • Respect the professional guidance provided
    6. Limitation of Liability

    jurídico.mais's liability is limited to the scope of contracted services and professional obligations established by law and applicable regulations. jurídico.mais is not responsible for damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client, nor for consequences of decisions made by the client against the professional guidance provided.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is the property of jurídico.mais or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and intellectual property.

    8. Conflict Resolution

    In case of conflict or disagreement, the parties undertake to try to resolve the matter through direct negotiation and good faith. If amicable resolution is not possible, conflicts will be submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon, applying Portuguese law.

    9. Modifications and Updates

    jurídico.mais reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, communicating changes to clients with reasonable advance notice. Changes will take effect on the date indicated in the communication.
